My trading account is missing, what should I do?

If you haven’t used your Exness trading account for a long time – it may have been archived. You can go to the archive accounts section and restore it. If you lost a demo account and it is not in the archive – it means it was deleted (demo accounts can be deleted from the archive due to inactivity), you will have to open a new demo trading account.

Will my real account be deleted from the archive?

If your live trading account has been added to the archive – it will not be deleted. If you have a balance left there and you want to move it, you will have to activate a trading account from the archive in order to transfer the balance to another trading account.
